About our Minky Bedding and Pillow Shams:
Minky is a machine washable faux fur, but unlike a traditional faux fur, minky has a much softer feel. Our Pillow Shams have a zipper enclosure for easy removal. Our Pillow Shams are machine washable. Please be sure to closely follow the washing instructions.
Sold Separately In this Collection:
Coordinating Double Luxe Minky Bedding is available in Toddler-King sizes.
Bedding Features:
Reversible: Each Minky Comforter has a neutral ivory called Crema on one side, and one of our four trendy colors on the other side. Display your colorful side if you're feeling bold or show off the Crema for a more neutral look!
Machine Washable: Typical Faux Fur is dry clean only. This isn't the case with our blankets! Be sure to follow the washing instructions and you'll find that luxury can also be durable!
Extra Heavy: Our heaviest blankets yet are in this bedding collection, and they will make you feel like you are being wrapped in a hug! Extra weight evenly dispersed can be quite therapeutic, and lead to a great night's sleep!
Double Luxe: Our Double Luxe bedding has a higher pile Minky fabric on both sides of the blanket, in contrast to some of our other styles that feature a low pile silky Minky on one side.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash in a gentle cycle with cold water. Wash alone and use minimal detergent. Pods and fabric softener are not recommended as they can leave a residue on Minky fibers. Hang to dry or tumble dry low with no heat. Do not use dryer sheets. Do not wash in hot water and do not expose this blanket to heat from the dryer.

WARNING:
The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP updated as of 2018) states the following:
Keep soft objects, loose bedding, or any objects that could increase the risk of entrapment, suffocation, or strangulation out of the baby's sleep area. These include pillows, quilts, comforters, sheepskins, blankets, toys, bumper pads or similar products that attach to crib slats or sides. If you are worried about your baby getting cold, you can use infant sleep clothing, such as a wearable blanket. In general, your baby should be dressed with only one layer more than you are wearing.
It is fine to swaddle your baby. However, make sure that the baby is always on his or her back when swaddled. The swaddle should not be too tight or make it hard for the baby to breathe or move his or her hips. When your baby looks like he or she is trying to roll over, you should stop swaddling.
We ask that our blankets, as well as any blanket, not be left unsupervised with a child.
